More About Me
I collaborate with values-based organizations and individuals to make a difference for them and the communities they serve.
I am passionate about equity and including people in decisions that affect them. I have extensive experience in participatory processes and decision-making from county-wide planning processes to consensus-based organizations.
More recently I began coaching people who want to experience increased effectiveness and satisfaction in their values-driven work and lives.
I live and primarily work in the Bay Area, at times providing services elsewhere remotely or by traveling.
I have over 30 years of experience with putting values into action.
- I have worked with many grassroots and non-profit organizations built on a commitment to social change.
- I have assisted county agencies in incorporating equity and responsiveness into their planning and programs.
- I have lived in intentional communities committed to sustainable relationships with each other, the larger community, and the planet.
- I participate in the UNtraining, a compassionate approach to helping people work together to end racism and all forms of oppression.
