I collaborate with values-based organizations to make a difference for them and the communities they serve. I work closely with the appropriate partners, whether leadership, Board, staff, or community members.

• Organization Assessment: identify areas for development or improvement.
• Planning: develop concrete goals and actions to achieve new initiatives. This may be strategic planning, program development, action planning, implementation planning, or change management.
• Implementation: put new plans into action.
• Capacity Building & Team Development: guide a group to function more effectively. This may be the entire organization, a program team, leadership team, Board, or other unit.
• Mentoring: develop specific skills among staff. This may include grant writing, evaluation, meeting facilitation, or other job specific roles.
• Grant Writing: develop funding proposals that further the goals and capacities of the organization.
